At Sundance Events, we specialize in a wide range of small intimate events, including weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, and more!

All our planning and packages are based on 40 guests or less. We are not taking on more than 40 guest events. 

We offer full-service event planning, including venue selection, decor, entertainment, and more. We out source most vendors if we don't carry it. We also offer day-of coordination services for those who have planned their own events but need assistance on the day. We have packages for your events as well.

Our pricing varies depending on the complexity of the event. Please contact us for a custom quote.

For Event Planning, I'd say a year out. Venues book quick. If in fact you plan on a backyard wedding or venue has been paid for, six months is a great time to start the planning process.

We do offer florals. We also out source other vendors, such as florists to fit and suit your vibe.

Yes, We plan kids parties. Remember we focus on smaller intimate events. 

We do not cater. We out source all our food vendors as well.

We got you! We offer day of coordinating. If its last minute, give us a call to see if we can fit you in.

No. In doing so, you forfeit and void your contract. We will not take on event and will leave immediately. As a DOC we have a set of different tasks that need tending to a month prior. As a Party Attendant we don't need extensive info on event. We come in and handle your event as if it was our own, we're basically your right hand.

Yes, it's totally possible with our planning and packages. I mean, it will be amazing but remember you can't have that baller on a budget mentality. We will out source all or most items in your budget. 

I mean you can but, some places require a permit. Be sure to check with your local parks and recs or local beaches if permits are needed. If you are unsure, please reach out.
